Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive client success and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to understand client needs, navigate complex situations, and offer valuable insights and recommendations.
